About the artwork
The gift of the famous Russian sculptor Zurab Cereteli was received on the initiative of the Russian Embassy in Lithuania. The bronze sculpture represents the St. George on horse defeating the two-headed dragon. The work symbolizes the ending of the Cold War. The enlarged variant of this sculpture is exposed in New York in front of the United Nations Organization office.
