About the artwork
Lithuanian artist Bronius Vyðniauskas in Europos Parkas carved the white marble sculpture Caryatid. Caryatid – the Greek sage and the female shaped column in the Antiquity architecture. „Why could not Caryatid hold on the dome of the sky in the Centre of Europe?“ – asks the famous master of the sculpture.
